In addition to his involvement in probate and trust litigation and complex commercial litigation, Mr. Grubich serves in a leadership role in the management and operation of the firm’s insurance defense practice, where he serves as a mentor and advisor to the firm’s other associates. Since joining the firm as a law clerk in 2012, Mr. Grubich has been involved in the areas of insurance defense and commercial litigation. After he transitioned to an associate position with the firm, Mr. Grubich maintained an active role in insurance defense, while expanding his practice to include litigating probate and trust disputes.

After graduating as the valedictorian of LaSalle-Peru Township High School in Illinois, Mr. Grubich moved to South Florida and attended the Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College at Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Grubich enjoyed his experience in South Florida and, immediately after graduating from FAU, he attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the Business Law Review and UM’s nationally ranked Moot Court and was a Dean’s Fellow in the legal research and writing department.
