In 2016, CTLLP celebrated being actively engaged in Business Network International, Miami, for 13 years, in which many estate plans and probate administrations were completed, helping many families and business owners. Our attorney team finds it important to participate in fundraisers, charities and service projects, doing the very best to educate the public on what we specialize in.
Consistently in 2016 - 2018, CTLLP assisted in donating backpacks and school supplies to local Miami and Miami Beach public school children in need. Our legal team attended the ceremonies of SARP to support the Anti-Defamation League in efforts to help stop bullying and anti-justice movements. Everyone is constantly facing challenges in life and when you can educate others and give back to the community, it is important to share your knowledge and create a change in someone’s life.
In 2016, Antonio Romano, attended the Florida Bar Leadership Academy, where fundraisers donated significant dollars to local grass root charity organizations.
CTLLP celebrated seven successful years as a premier law in 2017. Brad Trushin, spoke to 75 CPA’s in Miami on probate litigation, guardianship litigation, and undue influence. Brad showed these trusted advisor professionals how to identify sequestering, parroting, isolation behaviors and financial exploitation. By educating the public on these topics, people are more likely to be motivated to act on certain issues, such as preparing a will or protecting an elder.
In 2018, Bart Chepenik, spoke at the Broward Guardianship Association to 60 Professional Guardians, Geriatric Care Managers, senior care professionals and Honorable Judges of Probate court on lack of testamentary capacity and undue influence factors.
