In 2019, Brad Trushin, lectured to 75 CPA's in Miami on probate litigation, guardianship litigation, and undue influence. Brad showed these trusted advisor professionals how to identify sequestering, parroting, isolation behaviors and financial exploitation. By educating the public on these topics, people are more likely to be motivated to act to protect the elderly when they see potential abuse.
In 2018 and 2019, Bart Chepenik, spoke at the FSGA and Broward County Guardianship Association to 75 Professional Guardians, Geriatric Care Managers, senior care professionals and Honorable Judges of Probate court on lack of testamentary capacity and undue influence factors.
In 2016, our associate attorneys attended the Florida Bar Leadership Academy, where significant dollars were raised for local grass root charity organizations.
